Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Operations

Inframark is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager II to lead operations across multiple facilities and contracts. If you’re a strategic leader with a strong operational background and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager II, you’ll oversee the full scope of operations, performance, and client relationships across assigned facilities:

• Set project goals, develop strategies, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Drive business growth through contract management, renewals, and new opportunities
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop teams—building strong performance and engagement
• Manage client relationships, including meetings with municipal leaders and council presentations
• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and capital project execution
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, etc.)
• Conduct facility inspections and collaborate with regulatory agencies
• Own financial performance, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cost control

What You Bring
We’re looking for a results-driven leader who can operate strategically while staying close to day-to-day operations:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and multi-site operations
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain required water/wastewater certifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data interpretation
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance
