Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising assigned maintenance staff and overseeing all daily maintenance activities of water and/or wastewater treatment facilities. Duties include planning, scheduling, and delivery of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance functions at assigned water and/or wastewater facilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School degree or equivalent. Completion of an Associate’s Degree program in maintenance technology, 7-10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or utility setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience desired includes time in a hands-on role servicing pumps, motors controls etc.; familiarity with workorder and maintenance management systems, demonstrated ability to direct and prioritize maintenance activities and supervisory experience leading a maintenance team in an industrial or utility setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license. A CDL is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires frequent walking, climbing, stooping, and moving items up to 50lbs. Frequent exposure to various weather or environmental conditions.
